It is now possible to utilize a variety of barcode scanners to inventory Justice Property items that have a barcode tag entered into one of the Property fields (usually Tag#). The capability includes 1) Comparing items in Evidence lockers that are not included in Justice Property system 2) Finding items in Justice Property data that are missing from Property Room 3) Automatically updating Property Disposition for items annually scanned for destruction 4) Completing Property inventories. It's user friendly, and can save a lot of time!
