Access Request Form

If you are getting an error trying to connect to JusticeConnect Administration, or the JusticeConnect COP Maps you may be on an insecure network - or on a network with an IP address that has not been registered on your JusticeConnect Server.

This form is to be used when submitting an IP address for access.

Please supply the following information about your agency and indicate the location of the IP address being requested for access to JusticeConnect.

If the IP address requested is within a network in a secure facility it will be added to your JusticeConnect Server configuration within the next 2-12 hours and you will be notified via email.
