17. Refund Policy

All purchases of CMI Software products are final. Due to the nature of digital software delivery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the software has been downloaded or a license key has been issued.

In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate transactions or technical issues that cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase to support@cmisoftware.com.
